Bruce Degn

PRINCIPAL & FOUNDER

Bruce Degn is a Washington, DC-based industry association veteran, with over 20 years of association and advocacy experience. Before founding the Industry Affairs Council, Bruce was the Managing Director for the Global Blockchain Business Council; Executive Director for the Association for Healthcare Foodservice; and held executive positions at the Telecommunication Industry Association, US Chamber of Commerce, and United States Telecom Association. Bruce has served as a congressional speech writer and has given presentation workshops across Europe.

Bruce is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), has a degrees from Brigham Young University and USC’s Marshall School of Business.

Russ Marsh is a commercial banker, financial advisor, & business strategist with broad experience in merchant banking, global finance, and corporate advisory. From guiding startups in securing investment, to supporting corporations—Russ’ is an acknowledged banking expert. Russ is a PhD candidate in economic policy. He is the founder of Educate Inmates, a nonprofit that expands educational opportunities for incarcerated individuals to support successful reentry.
